Editorial policy
Practical guidance, checked against the workflow.
Last updated August 3, 2026.
What we publish
VidToAnki publishes practical guides about video sentence mining, language-learning Anki cards, media and `.apkg` workflows, and the tradeoffs of AI assistance. Product pages and articles distinguish the current private-beta workflow from ideas that are still being explored.
Research and review
Guides are based on hands-on workflow checks and primary documentation when a claim depends on software behavior, file formats, platform rules, or another source that can change. We link to useful sources so readers can verify important details.
AI-assisted work
AI tools may help organize research or edit drafts, but they are not treated as a source. Factual claims and workflow instructions are checked before publication, and we do not publish generated claims about VidToAnki capabilities.
Updates and corrections
We update a guide when its workflow or supporting facts materially change. Minor copy edits do not change an article's updated date. If you spot an error, reply to a VidToAnki beta email with the page and the detail that needs review.
Editorial independence
Articles are written to help readers make better study and card-design decisions. Any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship that could affect a recommendation will be disclosed on the relevant page.
